60th Year Photo Competition T&Cs

If you’re taking part in our 60th year social media photo competition, good luck, and here’s what you need to know:

• The promoter is: Trevornick Holiday Park Ltd (company no. 07457537)] whose registered office is at 7 Sandy Court, Ashleigh Way Langage Business Park, Plymouth, Devon, PL7 5JX.
• The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over except employees of Trevornick Holiday Park, Holywell Bay Golf or Gull Rocks Beach and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• Closing date for entry will be Friday 31^st March 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• How to enter: Post your photo, taken at Trevornick Holiday Park on one of our social media channels. On Facebook, post your photo in the comments, on Instagram tag us in your photo, and on Twitter use the hashtag #LoveTrevornick.
• By submitting your photograph you consent to its use by Trevornick Holiday Park, Holywell Bay Golf or Gull Rocks Beach.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and at their discretion. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
• The prize is: £60 discount on your 2023 accommodation booking. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Subject to availability – we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The winner will be chosen by members of the Trevornick team and notified by DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Trevornick Holiday Park. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• Entrants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing [email protected]
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
