Inside Cornwall’s forgotten cave

Inside Cornwall’s forgotten cave

The name Holywell is derived from holy well and is believed to refer to the cave at the end of the beach. Described as one of the most remarkable sites in the British Isles. The cave contains unusual rock formations with a natural spring descending through a surreal, multicoloured grotto. The cave is only accessible at low tide (so keep an eye on tide times).
