Trevornick Holiday Park LTD –Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of your booking contract with us – you should read them carefully.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required with all bookings. For touring and camping, specific pitches can be reserved at an extra cost, however, we reserve the right to re-allocate pitches if required.
Telephone booking ~ a non-refundable deposit must be received within two days of making a telephone booking, (telephone bookings remain provisional until a deposit is received, if no deposit is received after two days the booking will be cancelled).
The confirmation of the booking, by payment of the deposit, the issue of an invoice or e-mail by Trevornick Holiday Park LTD, constitutes a contract between both parties and the customer will be liable for the balance of monies owing eight weeks prior to arrival. All season bookings must be paid in full by 1st March. Failure to pay the balance of any booking made to take advantage of an offer, i.e. ‘all season’ or ‘book next year at this year’s price’ within the time specified by the offer, will result in a new invoice being issued at the published tariff rate for the period booked.
It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking confirmation are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors not corrected prior to arrival. Only one discount or special offer can be applied per booking. Once you have booked your holiday any offers that may become available such as last minute offers, cannot be applied to an existing booking.
Once a booking has been made the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred to another booking under any circumstances should you subsequently cancel your holiday. The balance must be paid prior to eight weeks before the arrival date. PLEASE NOTE if the balance has not been received or the Bookings Manager notified, then the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Once your holiday has been paid in full any alterations will incur a £5.00 administration charge. Any alterations made on arrival will incur a £15.00 administration charge.
Parties (2 or more) of young adults, either all male, all female, mixed parties or single persons are not accepted during the peak weeks and are at the Manager’s discretion at all other times. Please note ~ Young adults booked as a family party who are subsequently left unsupervised by their parents, guardians or carers, who return home, will be asked to leave the park.
A maximum of three dogs are allowed per pitch. Extra dogs are chargeable for touring & camping and Eurotents. A charge is applicable per dog in our LaidBack Coastal and Stylish Comfort dog-friendly static caravans and the maximum number of dogs per booking is two. Your security deposit is at risk if your dog damages or causes a disturbance to other guests. If you are bringing a dog, you must notify us at the time of booking.
Eurotents are available for Saturday to Saturday booking only (except short-break periods – subject to availability), from 3 pm on arrival to 10 am on departure. Pitch arrival time is from 12pm on arrival to 10am on departure. Late departures will incur an extra days charge. Static caravans are available for Saturday to Saturday bookings in peak season. Short breaks are dependent on availability and only outside of peak season. Arrival time for static caravans is 4pm and departure time is 10am.
Refunds will not be given, in any circumstances, for any changes made to your booking once the balance has been paid in full. We have the right to take payment from the card used for the holiday to cover any outstanding balance following your stay.
The person in whose name the invoice is made out is deemed to be fully responsible for the booking, payment of deposit and balance, and for the members of the booked party whilst at Trevornick Holiday Park.
Pitches not claimed or checked in at reception within 24 hours of the booked period shown on your invoice will be re-let unless prior notice has been given.
The Owners/Management reserves the right to refuse any booking or entry to Trevornick Holiday Park or Holywell Bay Golf Club. No complaint will be considered after the visitor has left the park. Any problems should be reported to reception immediately.
All party members must be accounted for on the booking. If not the whole party will be asked to leave the site.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Please see below regarding Cancellation scheme.
For a published fee per pitch, Eurotent or Static Caravan, per week we will refund monies paid (excluding your deposit and cancellation scheme fee) if you have to cancel your booking prior to eight weeks before arrival. Between eight weeks prior to arrival and the arrival date, we will only refund monies paid (excluding your deposit and cancellation scheme fee) if cancellation is due to one of the following reasons; death, serious illness or redundancy to a member of the booked party. Claims for refunds must be made in writing and supported by relevant documents.
The Trevornick Cancellation Scheme only applies up to, but not including your arrival day at Trevornick. Once here refunds cannot be given if for any reason your holiday is cut short.
Cancellation cover is not available if your holiday is booked within 8 weeks of your arrival date.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT YOUR OWN HOLIDAY INSURANCE IF YOU DO NOT USE THE TREVORNICK CANCELLATION SCHEME IN CASE OF CURTAILMENT OF YOUR HOLIDAY BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL AT TREVORNICK.
Pitches, Eurotents and Static Caravans must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Pitches are let from 12pm and Eurotents from 3pm on the day of arrival. Static caravans are let from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Arrivals after reception has closed must use the night holding field and report to reception after 9am the following day. You must book in at reception before entering the Park. Last booking-in time is 9pm in the Peak season, in low season please check with reception.
Each pitch has an allocation for one car. Additional vehicles will be chargeable and are required to be parked in designated parking spaces around the site and not on the pitch. Commercial vehicles are not allowed on site. The cost of static caravan stays includes paring for two cars beside the van – additional cars will be charged and are subject to availability.
The speed limit throughout the site is 5 mph. Vehicles must not be parked on roads or pathways and must not cause an obstruction to other users of the site. We do not allow the use of portable generators on the Park.
The maximum number of people accommodated in a Eurotent is 6. The maximum number of guests in a Static Caravan is four or six depending on the number of bedrooms. Smoking is not permitted in any of the Static Caravans or the Eurotents.
Two man tents and gazebos are permitted on the touring & camping pitches only (fee payable) but must not cross over your pitch boundary. Gazebos and tents are not permitted on the Eurotent field. Tents/Caravans should be sited in the centre of each allocated pitch so that a vehicle and awning can go either way.
Dog owners are responsible for their animals during their stay. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, must never be left unattended on pitches, in cars, tents or caravans for long periods or cause a nuisance to other campers. Dog owners must pick up after their dogs and dispose of it responsibly. A fine may be imposed on owners who do not do so.
Dogs are permitted only in the designated dog-friendly Eurotents and on designated pitches in Blue, Hay, Red and Sun Field. They are also welcome on Pond field and Yellow fields at Easter & October Half Term. Dogs are also permitted in four of the Laidback Coastal static caravans but are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning charges may apply if dogs cause mess or damage during their stay in a static caravan so we ask that all dogs staying in static caravans are house trained, up to date with their flea and worming treatments and do not visit the site when in season as this may cause problems with other dogs.
Fire: Campers must make themselves aware of the site fire procedures as soon as possible after arrival. These procedures are displayed at the fire points throughout the site. No lighting of open fires or fire pits. No BBQ’s after 10:30pm. Litter and tied bin sacks must be placed in the covered bin areas provided – rubbish MUST NOT be left outside caravans/tents due to seagull attack. Please recycle if possible.
Ball games are only permitted on the Sports Field. Skateboarding, scooters and bicycles can only be used on the park between 9am and 8pm. Skateboards, Scooters and Bicycles are not permitted in the Courtyard area. Kite flying is NOT permitted on site.
The person in charge of the booked party is deemed to be responsible for all children and young adults in the party whilst at Trevornick. All children and young adults must be under either parental, guardian or carer supervision at all times. Adults are reminded that the licensing laws prohibit consumption of alcohol by persons under the age of 18, the person responsible for the booked party must ensure that children or young adults in the party do not consume alcohol whilst on Trevornick.
All areas of Trevornick other than those listed below are Alcohol-Free Zones. Places where alcohol may be consumed: – The Farm Club and Bar, Farm Club courtyard (within the boundary rails), Café areas and exterior seated area (within the boundary rails), the Woody’s Bar and its exterior seated area and individual camper units (Tent/Caravan/Eurotent etc.)
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 11pm Unreasonable noise or nuisance to other campers is dealt with in Site condition no.18 below.
The management reserves the right to evict from the park any person or persons who cause any harm, damage, or unreasonable disturbance to other persons or their property, or to persons employed by or to the property of Trevornick Holiday Park and Holywell Bay Golf Club. If evicted, no monies will be refunded.
All booking information is strictly confidential and under no circumstances will be given to a third party. We will not accept liability for any lost or stolen property.
Terms & Conditions for Seasonal Caravan Competition:
- Competition is for a 3-night short family break in a static caravan in 2020, arriving on a Friday and departing Monday and is redeemable against non-peak season dates only.
- The winner can pick from any style of the caravan, dog or non-dog friendly (max 2 dogs) and two-bedroom (sleeps max 4) or three-bedroom (sleeps max 6) static caravans.
- The prize is subject to static availability.
- A £100 security deposit must be taken at the time of booking but is refundable at the end of the stay If no damage is caused and no item has to be replaced
- Includes one car. Any extra vehicles will be charged for.
- Only one entry per person
- Entrants must be over 18 yrs.
- Closing date is 1 November 2019
- Winner will be chosen at random on 2 November and will be notified by email
- The prize must be taken in 2020, is non-transferrable, has no monetary value and there is no cash alternative.
- Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other prize or offer
