Did you know we now have our very own App?

Designed to help you make the most of your stay at Trevornick, our App is full of useful park information, with daily activity and entertainment schedules and bookable links, delicious dining options – including seasonal pop-ups, plus special discount codes for local attractions, exclusive to Trevornick guests! How to add your booking to the App:

• Once you have downloaded the App it will ask you if you want to ‘Add My Booking Details’ or ‘Holiday Home Owners’ or ‘Just Browsing’ – click ‘Add my Booking details’. (If you already downloaded the app, click ‘Add your booking details’ on the ‘My Holiday’ screen).
• The prompt box will ask for your Booking number and Password. Your booking number can be found on any of the emails we have sent you about your booking. References will start with a TR and then have 2 sets of 6 digits for example- TR / 123456 / 123456.
• If you do not yet have a password – click the button at the bottom on the screen which says ‘Need help /  Not yet registered yet- Tap here’.
• This will then ask for your email address or booking reference. Please note, the email address will need to be the one used to make the booking with us.
• Follow the prompt to create a password for your account. This is the password you will need to login on the app.
• Once your password is set you will then be logged into your guest portal and you will be able to view your booking details.
• Click ‘Done’ at the top left of the screen and this will send you back to the app page and ask for your booking reference and newly made password.
