Five-star facilities

New On-Site Facilities make Trevornick Pitch Perfect!

Trevornick Holiday Park, overlooking picturesque Holywell Bay in North Cornwall has upgraded its five-star facilities to seal its credentials as one of the finest caravan parks and camping sites in Cornwall – the UK’s most coveted coastal county.

Seven flat and spacious fields offering well-maintained grass and hard-standing pitches with options for electric, water and drainage hook-up, Trevornick is one of only a handful of five-star campsites in Cornwall. Recent investment has added even more of the little lifestyle luxuries that ensure visitors can camp in complete comfort this summer.

Catering for all the entertainment visitors could wish for on-site, the Trevornick team has transformed the main courtyard area into a delightfully designer and functional space. The work includes a new family-friendly restaurant, ‘Fodders’, which has already received positive reviews for serving up fresh, healthy and locally-sourced food. The new interiors are designed to be traditionally rustic but in a modern, fun way, with elements like the cart-wheel chandeliers and cow-hide fabrics that reflect the buildings former use as part of a farm.

Trevornick has also created ‘Daisy’s’ ice cream parlour’ which is stocked to the brim with a range of tantalising sweet treats and sorbets from local ice-cream producers Kelly’s. The farm shop and games area have both received fresh new interiors ready for the summer season and there is also a new children’s indoor soft play area for little campers to explore. All the new facilities were designed by a Cornish interior design company and created using local suppliers and contractors with natural materials where possible.

As well as these new and improved facilities, Trevornick offers all the practical essentials that make a comfortable camping experience. Immaculately clean bathroom blocks with modern toilets and lovely warm showers ensure visitors get the best start to their day. As well as a range of locally sourced food and other practical items, the on-site shop also sells hot coffee and freshly baked croissants for campers to take back to the tent for an alfresco breakfast.

Carla Lamb, Trevornick’s Marketing Manager said: “Quality lies behind everything we do at the campsite and Trevornick is constantly evolving and upgrading our facilities to create a home away from home for our extremely happy campers.”

“We listened to the feedback from our loyal guests and have worked to transform our courtyard into a relaxed and welcoming space that all the family can enjoy. Right at the centre is our new restaurant Fodders offering good, hearty and uncomplicated food sourced from local providers. We’ve already had some super positive responses to the new development, especially regarding Daisy’s ice-cream parlour and the range of locally sourced beers and ciders available in our restaurant.”
