Easter at Newquay Zoo
- Date: 5th – 26th April 2025
Location: Newquay Zoo - Details: Participate in the Easter Egg Trail, attend ranger talks, and take a walk on the wild side with zebras, lemurs, lynx, penguins, meerkats and more. Don’t miss the storytelling sessions with the Easter Hare on select dates.
Tickets from £19 per adult and £14.25 per child. Family tickets available. Suitable for children of all ages.
Easter at the Eden Project
- Date: 5th – 21st April 2025
- Location: Eden Project, St Austell
- Details: Celebrate the joys of spring with a visit to the Eden Project. Enjoy scavenger hunts and create wildflower artwork while exploring the iconic biomes and gardens. Pre-booking is essential to secure your spot.
Tickets from £38 per adult and £12 per child. Suitable for children of all ages.
Newquay Golden Rocks Hunt
- Date: 18th – 21st April 2025
- Location: Various locations around Newquay
- Details: Sixty golden rocks are hidden around Newquay. Children can hunt for the rocks and exchange them for gifts at the Tourist Information Centre. It’s a fun way to explore the town and enjoy the Easter festivities.
Tickets: FREE of charge. Suitable for children aged 12 and under.
National Trust Easter Egg Hunts
- Date: 5th – 21st April 2025
- Location: Trerice Newquay and Lanhydrock Bodmin National Trust
- Details: These are the nearest properties to Trevornick and they’re both hosting Easter egg hunts. Spend the day taking in the historic houses and explore the beautiful gardens that are bursting with spring flowers. Search for hidden eggs and each completed trail will be rewarded with a chocolate treat.
Tickets: Various prices and FREE for National Trust Members. Suitable for children of all ages.
Easter Weekend at Lappa Valley
- Date: 18th – 21st April 2025
- Location: Just outside Newquay
- Details: This is one of Cornwall’s most loved attractions and this Easter you can look forward to all of this. Egg hunts, duck races, and rides on the heritage steam railway – this is a big hit with train enthusiasts big and small. Additional attractions include pedal swans on the lake, indoor soft play, and outdoor adventure play areas.
Tickets are £18 per adult and £16 per child age 3 – 16. 2 and under are FREE. Suitable for children under the age of 16.
Easter at Healeys Cyder Farm
- Date: 5th – 27th April 2025
- Location: Healeys Cyder Farm (just outside Newquay)
- Details: Head to the farm for an Easter packed with activities, tours and apple-themed fun. Alongside the fun tractor rides and farm animals, will be the popular ‘Treasure Trail’ and ‘Farm Story Time with Apple Juice’. This is a lovely place to go for a family day out – tasting cider is optional but we highly recommend it! You can’t beat a pint of Cornish Rattler.
Tickets: £20.00 per adult. Children 6 – 17 years old £10.00 Children 0 – 5: Go Free. Suitable for children of all ages.
The Mermaid of Zennor’ at Minack Theatre
- Date: 7th – 20th April 2025
- Location: The Minack Theatre, Porthcurno, Penzance
- Details: Experience a unique outdoor performance of ‘The Mermaid of Zennor’ at the iconic Minack Theatre. This family-friendly play brings a classic Cornish tale to life against the stunning backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean. Advance booking is recommended due to limited seating.
