Please bear in mind Cornwall’s WIFI and phone signal can be slow depending on which server you are with. The venues have stronger wifi points so we advise visiting the Coffee Stop or Woodys if you need a stronger internet connection.

7 Days before your arrival we will email you to ask for your security deposit. We won't be taking any money out of your bank account for this - we just ask for your card details so that we can place a hold on the amount whilst you're with us. It is not taken as part of your balance payment but you won't be able to spend this money during that time. After your departure, providing your accommodation is left as as you found it, the hold on the amount will be released and you will be able to spend it again.
