Development Update for Gull Rocks Beach Luxury Lodges

 

Our new venture – Gull Rocks Beach Luxury Lodges has been underway for 9 months now and we thought it was time to give you an update.

First off, if you don’t know what Gull Rocks Beach is, let us explain. Gull Rocks Beach is located next door to Trevornick Holiday Park and is a development of Luxury Lodges for ownership and holiday rental. With views looking out to the iconic Gull Rocks in the sea, our new project is like no other lodge development in Cornwall.

Phase one consists of 18 lodges in total spanning three tiers, with a collection of all three lodge styles – The Harlyn, The Sennen and The Treyarnon. Looking back from where we started, Gull Rocks Beach is coming together amazingly with two out of our eight owners moving in already!

Pathways and car parking bays have been laid for three lodges and the steps for all the lodges on tier one are completed. The pathway and car parking bays for each lodge are made by Otlco, a company who takes single-use plastic and gives it a new lease of life by turning it into a cement mixture for groundwork.

 

The woodwork for all the private balconies are in place and the bases are ready for the hot tubs to be delivered! Who wouldn’t want to relax in a private hot tub looking over Holywell Bay?

Each of the luxury lodges has unique landscaping plans, with the turfing and soil being laid this week ready for planting.
