Join Lara for a lovely gentle yoga class to stretch and strengthen the whole body. Suitable for all levels. Leave feeling calm, relaxed and ready for the day ahead! Lessons start at 8:30am outside our Mini Golf facing the iconic Gull Rocks (or in the Lounge Bar if the weather is wet).

Meet our Instructor

Lara discovered yoga over 14 years ago, drawn to Eastern Philosophy in her late teens where she studied Hinduism for two years. From there she sought out her first Iyengar class when she lived in Australia, and has continued to explore different styles of Asana since. The philosophy she shares in her classes is to know ourselves so well that when we step onto our mats, we can honour the uniqueness of our body. She teaches in a way that helps us to find that ‘inner’standing. “It is an honour to be able to share with people what I have learnt over the years and love seeing how quickly the body and mind start to respond to practising yoga”. Laras vinyasa classes are slow but strong & infused with lots of earth based wisdom and reminders that we are all children of the earth.

Lara qualified in Power Yoga in 2018, at a Baptiste affiliated studio in London, and has continued to deepen her knowledge ever since; training in Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Womb Yoga.

 

If the weather is not suitable for yoga to take place outside another location will be used.
