Just a short walk away from our holiday park, Holywell Bay offers great surfing and bodyboarding. At low tide this sandy beach stretches to a mile long with a large expanse of sand dunes to explore. This beach is open to dogs on leads all year, with café’s toilets and a car park just a short walk away there’s something to suit the whole family.

Arguably Newquay’s most iconic beach, being one of the most consistent for waves and home to some of the best surfing in the UK and Europe. Located just 7 miles from our holiday park, this is a perfect family beach offering first class beach and seafront facilities such as surf equipment hire, toilets, restaurants, cafes and car parking. Fistral beach is also home to Boardmasters- Europe’s largest surf and skate festival which takes place each august.

This picturesque beach is well worth a visit at low tide with plenty to explore such as; rock pools, dry sand for sheltered sunbathing and caves. The cathedral cavern cave has a large pillar, pool of water and several tunnels within it. This beach has a wild feel with no facilities, only accessible by steep steps. Dogs are allowed all year round. Whipsiderry Beach has been voted in the top 20 of Europe’s best beaches.

There’s plenty to do at this beach, from surfing to abseiling and much more in between. This sheltered cove is great for sun bathers, adrenaline junkies and food lovers a like. At the heart of the beach is a bar and restaurant in which you can relax and admire the breath-taking views while enjoying some tasty food.

Polzeath is one of the safest beaches in Cornwall with its seasonal lifeguard cover and gently shelving sand. The beach is extremely large at low tide, stretching around half a mile in all directions. Shrinking to just a small patch of sand at high tide. With great facilities, parking and water quality you would expect from a blue flag beach, this is a great family beach located just north of the Camel Estuary.

A short drive from our holiday park, this beach is perfect for surfing, snorkelling and sailing. At low tide Perranporth beach and Penhale sands join together to form one of the largest stretches of unbroken sand on the North coast. If you’re looking for a bite to eat ‘The Watering Hole’ pub can be found directly on the beach. Along with rockpools, caves and streams to discover.

An expansive stunning sandy beach backed by sandunes with cliffs and rocks either side. Dogs are allowed all year round. A 15-minute drive from Newquay Town centre, there is parking behind the main access to the beach (a National Trust Car Park) or a gentle 45 minute walk from Newquay town centre. The beach is close to village facilities including shops, a pub and a café.
