A longer season at Trevornick means more time to explore!

We have some extraordinary news!  Next year we are extending our season, opening from March all the way through to the end of October, giving you the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful county for longer.  This means more time exploring our Cornish beaches, more delicious foodie hot spots to try and more extraordinary family memories to be made!

If you haven’t visited Cornwall during the shoulder seasons, then here’s a brief look at ‘wasson’ (how us Cornish say ‘What’s On’) during March, September and October.

March
Starting the season earlier than we used to means you can enjoy Cornwall and the surrounding landscape as Spring starts to kick in. It’s normally quieter during this month so embrace the tranquillity and make the most of the empty beaches. Make the most of our grand static caravans opening, as we’re offering the first night (Good Friday) for free!

September
September is one of our favourite months in Cornwall.  Packed with exciting local food and music festivals, if you want something the whole family can get up out of the tent and enjoy, September is the month for you.  Here’s some of our favourites:

  1. Looe Music Festival
  2. Ives September Festival
  3. Healeys Cider Farm Festival

Also, if you’re a huge Poldark fan like us, then September is usually when most of the filming takes place in Cornwall.  Just footsteps from us here at Trevornick, Holywell Bay beach is a key location and has featured heavily in past episodes.  The production crew are always very welcoming of spectators, making this is a great opportunity to catch a glimpse of Aiden Turner!

October
We already know that a lot of you love October half term and we don’t blame you!  Cornwall has a huge variety of Halloween and Bonfire night activities to get involved in.  Worried about the cold weather? Don’t be!  Bring the whole family and stay in one of our brand new static caravans.  Snuggle around the electric fire and you’ll be just as cosy as you would at home!

Everyone can enjoy a Trevornick holiday, book your family stay in a static caravan today online or call us on 01637 830531.
